The main victory was against Portugal away where they split to a 2-0 deposit and came storming back into a 2-3 victory. This certainly set the tone for a fantastic qualification campaign. Denmark’s best finish in the world cup finals was back in 1998 where they reached the quarter finals. The fans will be hoping for some of the same this time around.
