No offense, but I just don’t see the point of the game. Let me explain:
1. Soccer is popular at all. Only a few countries play it.
2. The most popular sports are football, basketball, and baseball.
3. It barely gets any media coverage.
4. Unnecessary spending of money on tickets.

It’s quite easy to justify the banning of soccer. It’s NOTHING like football or basketball.
**For point 1, I meant soccer is NOT popular at all.

For anyone who watches Gillette Soccer Saturday on Saturday afternoons on Sky Sports News with Super Jeff Stelling and the lads- Do you know the name of the music played when it shows highlights of the goals from the previous weekend?

I’m actually American but I figured asking the brits makes better sense. Why is that soccer is the world biggest industry yet has to have sponsers on their uniforms. Some stupid people are like AIG vs UNICEF why are those companies playing soccer. It has always baffled me why there’s the huge logo and the little logo patch.
I know they pay a lot but why can’t they have their name elsewhere, like say on those 2 foot talls walls are on the Jumbotrons like they do in other sports. So are you guy saying that soccer teams get less revenue then am. football or baseball.
